Breakers at Trion is a new 64 apartment 55+ community located at 14372 Highway 27, in Trion, Georgia. This apartment community helps fill the need in the Trion and Summerville area for affordable senior adult housing.

This property was developed by The Braden Group of Summerville, Georgia.

Architectural services were provided by McKean & Associates of Montgomery, Alabama.

General Construction services were provided by Olympia Construction of Albertville, Alabama.

EarthCraft Technical advisory, inspection, and testing services were provided by Synergy Custom Services.

Pre-Drywall Inspections began at Breakers in February, 2019. Construction and inspections continued through the year (in spite of battling rainy weather) with the final efficiency testing being completed in October, 2019, and the final inspection of completed EarthCraft point items taking place in early November, 2019. Construction was completed in October, 2019. The final EarthCraft certification is pending review at this time.
