Tindall Fields (Phase 1)

Tindall Fields (Phase 1) is a 64 unit general family apartment community that was built as part of the replacement for the old Tindall Heights property which was built in the 1940's and outdated. This phase is a mixture of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments that are modern in every way. Tindall Fields is located at 1859 Tindall Avenue in Macon, Georgia.

All phases of Tindall Fields (including the Senior Towers) will help fill the affordable housing need in Macon-Bibb. Two more phases of construction follow this phase and are expected to be completed by the end of 2021.

Phase 1 of Tindall Fields earned the EarthCraft Multifamily certification in an effort to build sustainable and energy efficient housing.

This community is located near the Mercer University Macon Campus and Mercer University School of Medicine. Because of this location, Tindall Fields is only a few minutes drive from local services like dining, medical care, banking, shopping, places of worship, legal services, as well as other community and professional services.

Tindall Fields is just a few blocks from easy access to I-75 offering easy access to the greater Macon area and is only minutes from downtown services and businesses.
